Jean-Yves L’onflé is a famous artist painter and sculptor born in Mauritius in 1978. He has studied Art with the famous Artist Mr Serge constantin in Mauritius. In 2000 he was awarded a diploma in painting and drawing from Unesco, South Africa.
Jean-yves has participated in many group and individual exhibitions. As a well-known Artist in the Indian ocean, his paintings have been acquired by collectors from Reunion Island, france, Belgium, Australia, America , South Africa, china, Guinea, Bali and Rodrigues Island. For the realization of his paintings, Jean-yves uses mainly recycled objects such as sand paper, old cloths, ground glasses, wood etc.. Sometimes resine can be found on his works and dominated by blue colours.
